How to Register for the 2013 AESE Annual Meeting in Tulsa
Using the drop down menu, choose a registration option based on whether you are a member or nonmember, whether you want full- or one-day registration, and whether you are registering before or after September 1, 2013.
(Full registration fees cover admission to all sessions, opening reception, business lunch, awards banquet, and field trip.)
Click on the "Add To Cart" button. This will bring you to the "Your Shopping Cart" page. If you have no more items to include in your registration (e.g., a guest registration or the Surveys Editors' Breakfast or Freelancers' Breakfast), go to Step 4. If you wish to add another item to your registration, click on the "Continue Shopping" button, which will take you back to the previous page, where you can select more items.
Add additonal items one at a time, each time clicking on the "Add To Cart" button to add the item to the shopping cart.
If you wish to attend either the Freelancers or Surveys breakfast, indicate so using the "Optional Events" drop down menu and bring the $20 with you to the meeting. (It will not be added to the shopping cart.)
When you are done selecting items for your registration, carefully review the information that appears in "Your Shopping Cart" paying special attention to the quantity and dollar amounts. (An item can be removed by removing the checkmark in the box beside the item.) If everything is correct, click on the "Proceed To Checkout" button.
On the "Pay with Credit Card or Log In" page, you will be given the option to pay either by credit card or by PayPal (either log in or click on "Learn More" to find out how to set up an account in PayPal).
Follow instructions therein for completing the transaction.
IMPORTANT: After you have completed your transaction, please print out and complete the registration form found at http://www.aese.org/AESE2013RegistrationForm.pdf and mail it to Mary Ann Schmidt, AESE Business Office Manager, so she can maintain complete registration records for the meeting. Alternatively, you may scan the completed form to create a PDF file and email the form to Mary Ann at email@example.com, or send it by fax to 412-268-5677 (be sure to put Mary Ann's name on the cover sheet and/or top of the registration form). Indicate on the form that you paid your registration online.
