NEW: 2024 AESE Annual Meeting
The 2024 AESE annual meeting will be held in person from October 2–6 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Olympia, Washington, USA. We are located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and the venue is just steps from Olympia’s waterfront along Puget Sound, with views of the Olympic Mountains when the skies are clear.
Further information for the meeting:
First, we have a personal website for our members to register for the hotel rooms. To get the group rate, reservations must be made no later than August 31, 2024. The group rate is good/valid for a few extra nights if desired on each end of the meeting. If you would like to add on days before or after the meeting, you will need to call the hotel to arrange that. We suggest that if you are pretty sure you are coming to the meeting, get your reservation in early so that if we need, we can block out more rooms.
There are two room options: a room with a single King bed, and a room with two Queen beds. This way you have the option of sharing the room expense with another person.
Each room has a small kitchen, king bed, and pullout couch.

Nominations for AESE awards are being accepted from now until June 30. Please see the attachment from awards chairman Catherine Donohue for details, and give some thought to whether you would like to nominate an outstanding publication and/or an outstanding person for any of the awards.
